Rita Bonventre, 95, of Fort Lee/South Bend, Ind., our beloved mother, passed on Sunday, March 10, 2013 of natural causes. Rita taught for many years in Fairview, Fort Lee, and at the University of Notre Dame.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jack, after 45 years of blessed marriage. The devoted family she leaves behind includes a daughter, Noelle (Paul, Tom); a son, Michael (Kathy); three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A family graveside service will be held in the spring at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Notre Dame, Indiana.
Mother, we will meet you again where the ocean meets the sky.
