Cherished mother of Dr. Deirdre (Ken Kollmar) Elizabeth A. Erb (Dr. Blair), Patrick (LeeAnn) Kieran X (Kimberly), Denis J. (Julie), Maureen Restivo (Charles) and Cathleen. Grandmother of ten. Predeceased by her siblings William Booth, Grace Hauck and Mary Booth. A native of Woodhaven, N.Y. and resident of South Huntington for 44 years, Betty, as she was fondly known to her family and friends, was a keen Irish wit and master of the English language. She was a devout Catholic and practiced her faith tirelessly. Her primary vocation was as wife, mother and cook, but her devotion was to God, her heavenly reward.
