He was born Nov. 14, 1932, in Meadville, son of the late Patrick Bosco and Francis Lukasik Bosco Patton.
Mr. Bosco retired from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers following 50 years of service.
He was a veteran of the Korean conflict, serving in Germany. He was a member of VFW Post 2006 and Vernon Central Hose Company, Masonic Lodge No. 234 and was a 32-Degree Mason in the Valley of New Castle Consistory, a director of the Cadets of America boys drill team who competed in parades in the tri-state area at ages 9-16.
He was of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Bosco is survived by his wife Sally Brumbaugh who he married Jan. 14, 1952; four sons, Gary Bosco and his wife Jean of Meadville, Brian Bosco and his wife Terri of Florida, Mark Bosco, and Daryl Bosco and his companion Rachel Hill of Meadville; five grandchildren, Jason Bosco of Meadville, Tawnya Bosco and Kyle Bosco of Florida, Blaze Bosco of Edinboro, and Andrew R. Bosco of Meadville; and four great-grandchildren, twins Tucker Bosco and Layla Bosco of Florida, Braden Bosco of Meadville and Jenna Bosco of Meadville.
Burial at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Meadville, with a military honors.
