She was born September 25, 1918 in Plainfield a daughter of the late Daniel and Clara (Ethier) Stringer and lived in Central Village all of her life. Mrs. Boulanger was a communicant of All Hallows Church and was a loving mother and grandmother. She leaves two sons, Wilfred Boulanger of Moosup and Arthur Boulanger of Rhode Island. two daughters Janice Frink of Central Village and Shirley Frink of Rogers. five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
