Elouise S. Boulger, 89, a long-time resident of Chelan, died Wednesday in a Chelan nursing home.
She was born on Jan. 20, 1884, at Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. She taught school there until 1909, when she married Melvin C. Brian on Nov. 18, 1909. He preceded her in death in 1921. She married J. W. Boulger at Okanogan on July 31, 1926. Following their marriage they made their home in Chelan where they owned and operated an orchard. Mr. Boulger preceded her in death on Oct. 20, 1960.
Survivors include a sister, Thalia Williams, Spokane; and three nieces, Ann McDonnell, Ishpeming, Mich., Mary Rasmussen, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Bette Roestel, Kennewick. In addition to the husbands, she was preceded in death by a son.
