Diane T. Bascom, 56, of Epping NH, died on July 23, 2006, at the Exeter Hospital. She was born on October 4, 1949, in Exeter NH, daughter of the late Arthur and Helen (Jablonski) Bourdon. Diane was a lifelong resident of Epping and a graduate of Epping High School. She was employed for 20+ years with Hutchinson Sealing of Newfields NH (formerly known as Kingston Warren). Mrs. Bascom was an auxiliary member of the Richard A. Mitchell American Legion Post #51 of Epping and a member of the Polish-American Club in Newmarket NH. She was an avid, exceptional card player.
Diane was predeceased by her husband George A. Bascom on July 29, 2005.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Tony and Marie Bourdon of Deerfield NH; grandchildren Natasha and Teiana; sisters Jean Poland of Ithaca NY, Rose Purington of Epping NH, Janet Wilbur of Northwood NH, Carol Rollins of Epping, Nancy Martel of Epping, and Betty Fortier of Berlin NH; numerous nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law Alma Sobozenski of Exeter NH.
