"Mrs. Adeline H Bowne, 82, of 20 Monmouth Avenue, Freehold, died Sunday morning, Feb. 19, in Fitkin Hospital. She was born in Siloam, Freehold Township, the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Thompson, and was the widow of W Thomas Bowne.
Mrs. Bowne was a member of the First Methodist Church, Freehold, and the Daughters of Liberty Lodge of Freehold.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Wagner, of Freehold, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held from her late home on Wednesday at 2 PM with the Rev. Paul L Munion officiating. Interment was in Harmony Cemetery in charge of the CHT Clayton Home, Adelphia".
