Mrs. Boyle, who was the daughter of George A. Fox and Edith Wellings Fox, was born in Sycamore on Jan 29, 1916. She married James E. Boyle on June 28, 1941 in Sycamore. Mrs. Boyle was a member of the Kishwaukee Country Club, the Rock River District Golf Association, St Mary's Church of Sycamore, Dekalb County Republican Woman's Club, Sycamore Woman's Club, American Legion Auxiliary, Past President's Parley, Sycamore Public Library Board, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Panhellenic, Ladies Elks, and Sycamore Hospital Service League. She attended school in Sycamore, Christian College in Missouri, and was a graduate of Michigan State University. Survivors include her husband, Judge Boyle, and her sister, Mrs. Michael (Florence) Artery, and several nieces and nephews.
