Ina (Bozeman) Amos, 80, of Hartford, beloved wife of the late Ulyess Amos, died Wednesday, (November 20, 2002) at Hartford Hospital.

Born in Stewart, GA, daughter of the late Charlie and Lucy (Harvey) Bozeman, she lived in Georgia before moving to Hartford over 50 years ago. She was a devoted and faithful servant of Jehovah and was a member of the Blue Hills Congregation, of Hartford.

She was survived by three sisters, Eula Wilson, Charlie M. Ashford and Matilda Shaw, all of Hartford; a devoted niece, Edna France of Hartford; two devoted nephews, Henry Williams and Henry Harvey, both of Hartford; two brothers-in-law, Artie and his wife Gennie Murray of Hartford, and Wilburn C. Murray of Georgia; a devoted travel companion, Sister Eastman; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 25, 11 a.m., in the chapel of the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Hartford. Her family will receive friends Monday, 10-11 a.m., at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home. Published in The Hartford Courant on November 23, 2002
