Born June 2, 1964, in Portsmouth, Virginia, entered into rest on Jan. 15, 2005, at Santa Clara, Calif., at the age of 40 years.

She will be deeply missed by her husband; Greg. Sons; Greg & Bradley. Parents; Shirley & Jerry. Sister; Debbi, nieces & nephews, very close friends, business associates and Howie the dog. Patricia was preceded in death by her older sister Candace Marie in 1997.

She attended Gunderson High and was active in the Jobs Daughters Bethel 129 San Jose and the Bethel Drill Team. Trish worked as the office Manager and Legal Assistant for Stanley A. Zlotoff, Attorney at Law.

A celebration of her life will be held Sat. Jan 22, at 11 a.m. at the San Jose Masonic Center, 2500 Masonic Drive, San Jose, CA.
