Mrs. Clara Brashear, wife of Charles Brashear, died in her home at Centerville Friday morning. She was a daughter of Hiram and Margaret Whitfield [sic] Cleaver and had spent all her life in that community.
She was an active member of the Centerville Methodist Episcopal Church and active in the Ladies’ Aid Society.
She leaves her husband, her mother, a daughter, Helen, at home; a sister, Mrs. Frank Reynolds, of Ten Mile, and a brother, Harry A. Cleaver, of Centerville.
Funeral services will be held in her late home Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery.
