Brewer, Dorothy J. 86 Arnold Dorothy Jean Brewer, 86, of Arnold, died Friday, June 7, 2013, in her home, surrounded by her children. She was born in Brackenridge, April 26, 1927, to the late John Brewer and Lillian Sefton Davidson Brewer Carney, and was a lifelong resident of the local area. She worked at the former Gold Circle and the Senior Citizens Center, both in New Kensington, and enjoyed word searches, crossword puzzles, reading and baking cookies for friends and family. She is survived by her children, Marsha D. Pierce, of Lower Burrell, Debra J. (Alan) Cook, of Fairborn, Ohio, Kenneth J. (Noni) Erb, of Norman, Okla., and Joyce M. (Frank) Mento, of Cumming, Ga.; grandchildren, Leonard Pierce III, Daniel Pierce, Shawn (Lisa) Cook, Shannon (Matt) Gillman and Chelsea Mento; great-grandchildren, Leanne Pierce, Leonard Pierce IV, Logan Pierce, Bailey Pierce, Zachary Gillman, Savannah Gillman, Derrick Cook, Olivia Cook and Connor Cook; and half sister, Louise Wilhelm, of Wooster, Ohio. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amanda Mento; and brother, James Davidson. At Dorothy's request, visitation was private, followed by funeral service by the Rev.
