She was 95 years old July 6. She was born near Providence, R. I. July 6, 1831 and came to Decatur 19 years ago.
Her husband Hiram Barber died in 1893. She leaves her daughter,Mrs. W. T. Briggs of Decatur and Mr. Stillman Barber of Decatur and a niece Mrs. Mary F. Knowles of Decatur and several nieces and nephews in the east.
The funeral will probably held Friday afternoon.
