Born Sept. 11, 1915, in Painesville, she moved to Manatee County in Florida in 1972.
She graduated in 1933 from Harvey High School in Painesville. She was a Methodist.
Mrs. Babcock was a former employee of Marshall Drug Store in Painesville.
Her husband, Russell Babcock, whom she married Jan. 14, 1938; and her parents, Gene and Pearl Brisbin, are deceased.
No visitation or services are scheduled.
