Adam Myles Brisbin, 27, of Fort Collins, died Aug. 20, 2005.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 1208 W. Elizabeth St.
He was born and raised in Fort Collins and attended Fort Collins schools. He was involved with Loveland Wild Life Association and also competed in trap shooting. He was a plumber's apprentice and worked in construction.
Survivors include his mother, Shanda Brisbin, of Golden; father, Jack Brisbin, of California; grandmother, Gloria Powell, of Loveland; grandfather and step-grandmother, Rolan and Grace Brownlee of Fort Collins; his children, Zachary and Timmy, of Fort Collins, and Anthony of Littleton; and many loving family members.
He was preceded in death by uncles, Todd J. Brownlee in August 1999 and Bryan L. Brownlee in May 2005.
