MARGARET Q. ANDERSON, 94, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2004. Margaret was born on January 24, 1910 in Anson, Texas to Byard and Serena Brockett. She grew up in Waxahachie, Texas and graduated from Trinity University. In 1932, Margaret married L. Wilmer Anderson and they spent their entire married life in Houston. Margaret was active in the Presbyterian Church. She was a former member of Bellaire Presbyterian Church and an active member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. She was an avid and well known bird watcher in the Houston area. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by her three children, Dr. Louis Wilmer Anderson and wife Rita, Dr. Robert Anderson and Bertie and Chris Allison, and Mary Catherine Cezeaux and husband Dr. Gus Cezeaux; seven grandchildren, Louis C. Anderson and wife Julie, Elizabeth Anderson Gerdts and husband Mike, Margaret Anderson Conlon and husband Chris, James Cezeaux and wife Kim, Thomas, Robert, and Patricia Cezeaux; four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Leah, Ian, and Alec. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Margaret's home from 3 until 5 PM Monday, September 6, 2004. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 5308 Buffalo Speedway, with Rev. Jane Whitney, officiating. A graveside service and committal will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's honor to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 5308 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, TX 77005, or The Houston Audubon Society, 440 Wilchester, Houston, TX 77079 or to the charity of your choice.
