Lottie, his wife, aged 23, married, born in Scotland

Bridget Byrne, aged 17, a domestic servant, was also present


In the 1911 census, the Brown family were living at 44, Hollybrook Road, Clontarf.

present were,

John Brown, aged 36, a Public Accountant, married, born in Scotland.

Charlotte, his wife, aged 33, married, born in Scotland.

They had been married 10 years and had 4 children, 3 of whom were alive.

Elizabeth, daughter, aged 8, [Elizabeth Edgar, b. 25 Dec. 1902]

Katherine, daughter, aged 5, [Katherine Mary, b. 6 June 1905]

Finlay, son, aged 3,

all the children had been born in Dublin City.

Death.

John Brown, aged 82, married, an Accountant, died on 7 July 1957 at "Shandon", 50 Castle Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin.

The cause of death was Coronary Thrombosis, Hypertension, certified.

His death was registered on 5 July 1957 by Andrew Brown, son, Walnut House, Browns Quay, Limerick.
