This is further proven by the will of John Brown 1710 where she is named as the daughter of his second wife Joann. Joan left a will naming her daughter Elizabeth Brown in 1728. It was not probated until 1744. At that time Elizabeth Brown, now wife of John Oakey, was named in the request for probate. All of this occurred in Churcham which is where Elizabeth Oakey is buried."
