DALY CITY, Calif.- Mrs. Mildred Browning Anderson, 57, Daly City, died yesterday at her home after an extended illness.
Mrs. Anderson was born March 1, 1902, in Ogden, a daughter of Jonathan Edmund and Mary Ann Jones Browning. She lived in Ogden until 1929 when she moved to California and later to Fallon, Nev. She had lived in Daly City the past year.
She was a member of the LDS Church and had been active in the Primary in Ogden.
She graduated from Weber College and attended Utah State University. She taught school in North Ogden, Burch Creek and Washington Terrace. She was a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She had been a member of PED and Busniess Women's Club in Fallon.
In June of 1929 she was married to Wallace Calvin Anderson on Ogden.
Surviving are her husband, the following brothers and sisters; Arch and Walter E. Browning, Salt Lake City, J. Edmund Browning, Idaho Falls; Miles J. Browning, Twin Falls; Frank M. Browning, Mrs. J. P. (Hazel) Stephens, Miss Ann Browning and Mrs. Mary Griffin, all of Ogden.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel, Ogden. Friends may call at the mortuary Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. and Friday until services. Burial in Ogden City Cemetery.
