Born in Greenville, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Edward Lee and Roxie Turner Fant.

She worked in sales many years and was a member of Taylors First Baptist Church.

Surviving are three nieces, Carolyn Abercrombie of Newnan, Ga., Cathy Summey of Greenville, S.C. and Beth Hawkins of Travelers Rest, S.C.; three nephews, Bobby Williams of Lawrenceville, Ga., Eddie Williams of Greenville, S.C. and Pepper Miller of Greenville; life-long friends, Helen Hudson of Powder Springs, Ga. and Ellen Harris of Taylors, S.C.; and a cousin, Maggie Fant of Piedmont, S.C.

A special thank you to all the wonderful, caring and loving nurses and friends at Summit Place Living Center who cared for Lillian for the past two years. She called them her angels.

Memorials may be made to Earle Street Baptist Church, 225 W. Earle Street, Greenville, SC 29609.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 2, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery, West.

The family will be at their respective homes.
