Survivors include sons, Arthur Bullard Jr. of Lutz, Ivory Bullard of London, John West of Fort Pierce, Alvin Bullard of Vero Beach and Wendel Bullard of Florida; daughters, Carrie Bullard and Mary Brown, both of St. Petersburg, Carrol Bullard of Vero Beach and Wanda of Georgia; sister, Rosalyn Bullard of Vero Beach; and 12 grandchildren.
SERVICES: A graveside service will be 3 p.m. July 20 at Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
