Carter was born on February 19, 1933 in Atlanta to Ralph and Myrtis Bullard. He worked as a Real Estate Investor. Carter was known for his love of the Lord and his family.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Julie Nolan Bullard of Snellville, daughter Jill Bullard of Snellville, sons Carter Bullard, Jr. and wife Lisa, Mark Bullard and wife Julie and Bobby Bullard and wife Nan, all of Snellville, sister Myrtis Hall of Snellville and grandchildren Michael, Pete, Kelley, Caroline, Nolan, Sam, Daniel, Thomas, Elizabeth, Josh, Andrew, Rachel, Rebekah, Hannah and Lydia.
Visitation will be from 5-8p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2009, at Eternal Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 am on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at Evangel Community Church with Rev. Tom Belt officiating. Interment will be at 1 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs.
