Funeral services for Mrs. Anna M. Maxey, resident of Los Angeles since 1875, who died Saturday at her home, 1474 Dana street, will be conducted today at 8:15 a.m. at the Cunningham & O'Connor mortuary, 1031 South Grand avenue. Requiem mass will follow at 9 am. at St. Agnes's Church and interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Maxey, 84 years 84 years of age, and the widow of John E. Maxey, was born at Wheeling, W. Va. She leaves three sons, John E., Walter E. and William J. Maxey; a daughter, Mrs. Lorenza M. Townsend, and a sister, Mrs. Regina Leahy.
