Sybil Burleigh Boehme died February 13, 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born January 14, 1921 in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of Brown and May Fait Burleigh. She was educated in the Springfield local schools and Indiana University where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She was a former member of theYoung Woman’s Mission, the Junior Service League, the Monday Afternoon Club, Christ Episcopal Church, and served on the board of the Clark Memorial Home, all in Springfield.

She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Boehme (James) Votaw of Mariemont, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Robert Clement Boehme, a son Thomas Burleigh Boehme, her brothers James Fait Burleigh and Brown Burleigh, Jr., and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, 2944 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral service at the Church of Redeemer Thursday at 10 a.m. Burial at Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio Thursday at 1 p.m.
