WESTBOROUGH Kristen M. Bush, 44, of Burlington, formerly of Acton, died on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington.
Born in Salem she was the daughter of the late Suzanne A. (Tetrault) Bush. She attended TILL Day Program and has been a resident of Burlington for nine years previously living in Acton.
She is survived by her father, John J. Bush, Jr. and his wife, Melody, of Chatham; one brother, Brian C. Bush and his wife, Kathleen, of Westborough; two sisters, Michele S. Moore and her husband, Andrew, of Westborough and Melissa K. Primeau and her husband, Jeffrey, of Westborough. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces, Jeff and Mary Bush, Meagan, Katelyn and Erin Moore and Ryan and Owen Primeau.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 24, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Graveside committal services will be held on Tuesday, March 25 at 1:00 P.M. in the Peoples Cemetery, Chatham. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to TILL, Inc., 25 Francis Wyman Rd., Burlington, MA 01803.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
