Elizabeth graduated from South Plains college School of Nursing, Lubbock, Texas in 1992 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Elizabeth loved nursing and devoted her life to taking care of other people.
Elizabeth married Joe Bryan on April 21, 1997.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Bustamante in 2000. Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Joe Bryan, her son, D.J. Randolph, daughter, Melissa Randolph, mother, Toni Bustamante, father, Joe Bustamante, sisters, Geraldine Palmer, Gale Romero, Eileen and her husband, Gilbert Maéz, Diana and her husband, Ed Meintzer, brothers, Joseph Bustamante, Tom Bustamante and his wife, Gina and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation and viewing will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, Lubbock, Texas on Sunday, June 20, 2004 at 3:00p.m. Elizabeth will then be brought to Belen for a viewing and visitation on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Romero Funeral Home Chapel with Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens. The family suggests memorials in Elizabeth's name be made to South Plains College School of Nursing, 1401 S. College Avenue, Lubbock, Texas 79336.
