My Son. Born in Guys Hospital, London. Diagnosed with 'internal complications' just days after birth. Remained in and died in Guys early hours of 23rd December 1974. Aged just 7 Weeks. Buried at Manor Park Cemetery, Forest Gate, East London, on 2 January 1975.
