Callie Marie Anders, age 75, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in a Richlands, Virginia hospital.
She was born at Red Ash, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Dewey Thomas and Gaynelle Lester Byrd.
She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Friendly Chapel Church at the Smith Ridge section of Jewell Ridge, Virginia. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Terry D. Anders; one daughter, Terry Diana Anders; two sisters, Lorene Marshall and Bertina Absher; four brothers, Raymond Byrd, Dewey Byrd, Jr., Newt Byrd and Richard Byrd.

Funeral services for Callie Marie Anders will be conducted Friday, May 18, 2012 at 12:00 pm at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Dwight Eades officiating.
