Mary Ethel Badgley, 86 Juvenile Street, Greenfield, died at 11:05 A.M. Monday at Adena Regional Medical Center in
Chillicothe.
She was born December 2, 1894, in Fayette County, the daughter of Daniel Boone Cable and Sophie Taylor Cable.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Badgley on July 26, 1962.
She was the owner-operator of Badgley's Thrift Shop in Greenfield.
She is survived by one son, Robert E. Badgley of Chillicothe; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Gwendolyn) Stout of
Chillicothe, Mrs. William (Erdine) Winegar of Greenfield; one brother, Glendon Cable, Greenfield; 13 grandchildren
and 34 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday at the Murray Funeral Home in Greenfield with Revs. Robert K.
Blaine and Clarence Dinnen co-officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
