Mrs. Jessie Allison

Wellsville - Mrs. Jessie Allison, 51, wife of Harry G. Allison, died at 12:40 a.m. Sunday in her home, 1787 Clark avenue, as a result of a paralytic stroke suffered Saturday. Mrs. Allison was born in Somerset, Jefferson county, Dec. 12, 1870. She spent most of her life here. She was a member of the Second Presbyterian church, Eastern Star and Ladies' auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Doris, at home; one son, Deane Allison, of East Liverpool, and her father, Isaac Conkle, of Wellsville. Funeral services will be held in the home Tuesday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. Thomas G. Berger, pastor of the Second Presbyterian church, assisted by Rev. Harold F. Post, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Burial will be made in Spring Hill cemetery.
