Abe Cable was a coal miner, the husband of Mayme (Dent) Cable and the father of one son, Elmer Eugene "Bucky" Cable. Abe was born in Huntsville, MO., he was the son of Abraham & Katherine Cable both natives of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Fay Lewis, Des Monies, Iowa ; Mrs. John Crawford, Higbee, MO ; three brothers, North Cable of this city, Ace Cable of Moberly, MO. and Lob Cable ofHuntsville, Missouri.
