ALBERT H. CAESAR JR., 74, a guest at the Colton Villa Nursing Home, died there Sunday. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of Albert Henry Sr. and Agnes Rae Sullivan Caesar.

He attended Georgia Technical Institute and the University of Miami. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He was a member of the National Electronics Manufacturing Association. He was president of the Vulcan Machine Co. in Waynesboro from 1957 to 1960, and vice-president of the Lanier Business Products Co. in Atlanta, Ga., retiring in 1973.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Falligant Caesar, Hagerstown; two daughters, Joanne C. Lundi, Louisville, Ohio; and Stephanie Shank, Hagerstown; two sons, Albert H. Caesar III, Rosemont, Pa.; and Robert F. Ceasar, Hagerstown; and 14 grandchildren.

Services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel. Entombment in Rest Haven Mausoleum.
