He attended Georgia Technical Institute and the University of Miami. He was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He was a member of the National Electronics Manufacturing Association. He was president of the Vulcan Machine Co. in Waynesboro from 1957 to 1960, and vice-president of the Lanier Business Products Co. in Atlanta, Ga., retiring in 1973.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Falligant Caesar, Hagerstown; two daughters, Joanne C. Lundi, Louisville, Ohio; and Stephanie Shank, Hagerstown; two sons, Albert H. Caesar III, Rosemont, Pa.; and Robert F. Ceasar, Hagerstown; and 14 grandchildren.
Services were held at the Rest Haven Funeral Chapel. Entombment in Rest Haven Mausoleum.
