She was born in Salt Lake City to John McPhie Caine and Martha Skogland.

She married Albert Donald "Don" Larson in 1938.

She is survived by sons, Roger (Autrey) and Lynn (Nancy); daughters, Carol Oxborrow, Janice (Chris) Oltersdorf, Joyce Etter; 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; brothers, Richard and Paul Caine and sister, Carol (Ott) Webb.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sisters, Phyllis and Nancy and brother, Johnny.
