February 9, 1927 - Humboldt Republican - Mrs. A.R. Beebe passed away Friday of last week, February 4, and the remains were laid to rest in Union cemetery Sunday. Mrs. Beebe was one of the pioneers of the vicinity, and was well and favorably known. She leaves a family and many friends to mourn her loss.

- Mrs C.J. Firkaws of Chicago and Mrs. Mabel Burton of Fort Dodge were summoned here by the fatal illness of their mother Mrs. Fanny Beebe who passed away suddenly following a brief illness.

- Mrs. E. Trinkans of Chicago and Mrs. Mable Burton and family of Ft Dodge spent several days in our city and attended the funeral services of Mrs. Trinkans and Mrs. Burton's mother, Mrs. A.R. Beebe on Sunday afternoon which were held at the M.E. church.
