CAREY, Alice Mrs. Alice Margaret Carey, age 73, of Jonesboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011. She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years COL Arthur T. Carey, USA (ret.); one son, Arthur (Tom) Carey of Booneville, MS, two daughters, Victoria Perrett of Savannah and Cynthia Owens of Greer, SC; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Viewing will be held Sunday, December 18 from 5-8 p.m. at the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home. Funeral will be Monday, December 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church with Fr. John Koziol, OFM Conv. officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
