Anna May Barber age 76 of Connersville passed away at the home of her daughter on Saturday December 3, 2011 while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 26, 1935 in Connersville, the daughter of the late John and Rachael Dunn Carlin. She spent her life as a mother and homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Darla & Randall Rhodus, Connersville; Dorinda & Chris Sturgeon, Connersville; and Deborah & Mark Hughes, Brookville; sons and daughters in law, Denver May; Donald May; Duane & Kathy May; Duran May; and Douglas May; all of Connersville; three brothers David Carlin; Larry Carlin; and Buddy Carlin all of Connersville; two sisters Ruth McKee, Connersville and Violet Harrison, Rush County, IN; 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Anna is preceded in death by her husband Elmer L. May, a son Dana May, a brother John Carlin and three sisters Delores Arvin, Janice Copeland, and Phyllis Wallace.
