In 1940 she met Jim Bolch and on February 5, 1941 they eloped to Las Vegas NV and were married. On July 4, 1941 they moved to Napa, CA and had four daughters.
She and her husband worked on Wurz ranches until he went to work at Mare Island Naval Shipyard after his discharge from U.S. Army at the end of WW II.
Belle was a room mother at West Park School for several years, and was a Blue Bird and Camp Fire leader also for several years.
She and her husband like to take busloads of people to on trips to Reno.
