RAYMOND ARTHUR CARTER
Age 76, of West Palm Beach, Florida, died Monday, May 19, 1997. He was a resident of West Palm Beach for 37 years coming from North Troy, Vermont. Mr. Carter retired from the City of West Palm Beach Water Dept in 1983. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II as a Pharmacist with the 144th Station Hospital in the Philippine Islands.
Mr. Carter is survived by his Wife, of 51 years, Lillian; Son, Lanny and Daughter-in-Law, Pam, Delray Beach, FL; Sisters: Helen Griggs, North Troy, Vermont and Elmira Fox, Orleans, Vermont; and Brother, Morris Carter, North Troy, Vermont. He is also survived by his favorite people in the whole world, his Granddaughters: Sara Carter, Columbus, Ohio and Holly Victoria, Delray Beach, Florida. He will be dearly missed by many, many people.
Graveside Services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 1997, at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens. Friends may call 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 21, 1997, at MIZELL-FAVILLE-ZERN SOUTHDALE CHAPEL, 4101 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, Florida.
