Raised by her parents in the Baptist faith, she loved attending church services throughout her life.
Juanita was formerly employed at the Aqua Marine Hotel, Avon Lake, in the housekeeping department and had also been formerly employed at Ramco Cleaning Company during the mid 1980s.
During her lifetime, Juanita loved singing and dancing, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed crocheting.
Survivors include sons Kenneth E. and Bobby Ray (Darlene) Farmer, both of Kentucky, Larry Lee Spriggs of North Carolina, Randy (Pat) Farmer of North Olmsted; daughters Gay (Mark) Law of Elyria, Brenda Rundell of Lorain, Janette Spriggs of Lorain; 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; and her sister Hazel Cantu of Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husbands Bobby Farmer, Millard Spriggs, and Clarence Allison; brothers Earl Carter, Arvel, Walter, and Lee Roy "Toots" Munion; sisters Opal and Dorothy Carver, Genevieve Moore, Garnet Carter, and Dalena Munion.
Family received friends on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at the Garland-Misencik Funeral Home, 851 Park Avenue, Amherst, Ohio. The funeral service was held Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at the funeral home where Pastor James Monday officiated. Burial followed at Crown Hill Cemetery, Amherst.
