EULA MAE ALLEN entered the arms of God on June 27, 2012. Eula was born in Victoria, MS, October 27, 1922.

Her parents were William Rufus Snide and Johnnie Jessie Carter.

Her siblings were Mary Margaret, Kathleen Hawkins, Willie Spurgeon and Johnnie Jessi.

Eula is survived by her daughter, Charlene Linxwiler, whom she shared with her husband, Charles Albert Linxwiler, who died on October 12, 1985.

She lost her first daughter, Margaret Ann Linxwiler on September 5, 1962, whom she loved and they are now reunited.

Eula was blessed once again to marry Dr. Frank Sutton Allen, who died April 6, 2005.

She also leaves behind her stepchildren, Anita Black, Frank Allen, Trish Bertania, Jim Allen and Mike Allen.

She was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Eula also leaves behind three nieces.

Eula graduated from Messick High School and then attended Draughon's Business College, where she received a Business Degree.

Eula belonged to the Memphis Credit Womens' for many years. She also worked for Memphis Bank & Trust for twenty years.

Eula was a active member of Second Baptist Church for 26 years and worshipped with her cherished friends in "Thee Together Class".

Eula loved the verse "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight my Lord and Redeemer". Eula knew her Saviour and all of us that loved her know she is in Heaven today rejoicing and celebrating with family and friends. We give our precious Eula Mae to you Lord until we all meet again.

Visitation will be held at the Second Baptist Church, 4680 Walnut Grove from 12:30-2 p.m., Saturday, June 30 at Second Baptist Church, with Pastor Linda Serino officiating.

Burial will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Rd., Memphis. Eula Mae we all love you and will never forget the footprint you left on each of our lives.
