Barbara was born in Enid, OK on March 2, 1937 to A. H. Carter and Lenora Bell Carter. She and Bill were married for over 60 years. They had three daughters: Debbie, Carlise, and Jean. Her pleasures were her nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, and shopping for family and friends.
Services will be held on Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, Ripon, Ca. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at San Joaquin National Cemetery, Santa Nella Village, CA.
