She was born in Tampa, Florida and lived in San Bernardino for 38 years where she died on Saturday at San Bernardino Community Hospital at the age of 43. She was apsychiatric technician at Patton State Hospital for 26 years and was a Jehovah's Witness. She was survived by her mother, Theresa Johnson of San Bernardino, her husband, William Acy of Texas, and three daughters, Lynda Carter, Nicole and Theresa, all of San Bernardino. Services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with interment to follow at Montecito Memorial Park. Mark B. Shaw Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
