Alec Dean Cartwright, infant son of Walter Cartwright and April Shearburn of Springfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, at St. John's Hospital.
In addition to his parents, surviving are grandparents, Cheryl Goff, Oscar Cartwright, and Kristina and Mark McAllister, all of Springfield; a brother, Kyle Cartwright at home; a sister, Melissa Shearburn at home; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Feb. 26 at Oak Ridge Cemetery with the Rev. Rodney Schwartz officiating.
Ellinger-Kunz and Davis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
