Mrs. Ellen Lanore “Elle” Allshouse (Cary) died peacefully on April 20, 2016 at 2:43 am in Albany at the age of 68 singing "Jesus Loves Me" and "As the Deer Panteth for the Water" with her children in her room at Albany Medical Center.
Ellen is survived by her children Sandra (Eric) Besenfelder and their 7 girls Emma, Grace, Kathryn, Paige, Sadie, Mercy and Julianna of Coxsackie, NY, Dan (Anna) Allshouse and their children Jordan and Carson of Pittsburgh, Pa, and Michelle (Jason) Guilzon and their 3 boys Ethan, Jack and Hayden of Catskill, NY, also by her siblings Raymond, Sandra and Jim.
She is preceded in death by her husband Daniel Clinton Allshouse in 1986. Ellen was born on December 5th, 1947 to her father Raymond Peter Cary and her mother Eleanor Cary of Coxsackie, NY. She graduated from Coxsackie-Athens in 1965. She was an amazingly kind and generous believer in the one true God. In John 14:6, Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, NO ONE comes to the father except through me". She had a heart for Jesus first and her family second. She is finally able to dance and sing with her hubby again in perfect peace. No more pain or suffering, no more worry or doubt.
