ATHENS, TN -- Nora Cash, age 68, resident of Athens, TN and formerly of Cleveland, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010, in a Athens healthcare facility.
She attended the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Cleveland, TN.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis F. Cash, parents, Nay S. Rogers, Sr. and Ruth Estella Goodner Rogers, one brother, Edward Rogers.
She is survived by three brothers, Reuben Rogers, Waycross, GA, Robert Rogers, Riceville, TN and Nay Rogers, Jr., Tellico Plains, TN; one sister, Dora Young, Midvale, OH; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with Rev. Emmit Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in Beaty Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
