She was preceded in death by husband: Lillie Blair; parents; infant daughter; sisters: Madge Caudill and Nancy Bailey; brothers: James and Tommy Caudill; grandson: Jason "Ikey" Back. She is survived by children: Herman (Judy), Comman (Martha Sue), Truman (Sharon, Hester (Ronnie) and Lester (June); sisters: Mattie Blair, Martha Fields and Judy Collins; grandchildren: Robin (Keith) Rutledge, Christy (Rob) Donnellon, Shane (Marty) Blair, Byron (Christy) Back and Shanda (Tommy) Williams; 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12:00noon, Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at the Blair Branch Regular Baptist Church with Elwood Cornett, Danny Dixon and James Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery at Jeremiah, Kentucky. Visitation will be at the church, Monday 6-9PM.
