Frances Elaine (Cecil) Aerdelman was born Feb, 19, 1923 and died November 6, 2012 , she was raised in Sheffield, Illinois. After getting married she moved to Long Beach Ca in June 1968 with her family. Preceded in death by her father Ben in 1973, her husband Phil and brother John in 1984, her mother Bessie in 1990. Kitty Grandma, as she was called, loved all animals. She was always feeding stray cats in the neighborhood and had her fair share of pets. Frances loved watching Lawrence Welk, I love Lucy, and anything with animals in it. She loved to go for car rides and would search for the naked surfer statue on PCH while having her ice cream drip down her dress. She loved her coffee with cream and sugar because that is the way that her father drank it and no matter how bad the coffee was she would say it was the best she ever had. She loved to sing and would even if she didn't know the words. With her passing we feel grief and relief that she is now able to go home to her parents on the farm in Illinois.
