She is survived by her husband, Edward Leon Carter at home, four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014 ,from 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV. Service will be Friday, Oct. 31, 2014, at the New Life Worship Center at 11 a.m., 308 Penco Rd. Weirton, WV with Pastor Bob Mazeroski officiating. Interment will follow at the St. John Cemetery, Colliers, WV.
