Mrs. Belle Boothe, 87, Zachariah, died at the University of Kentucky
Hospital at 3 p.m. Saturday April 17, after a short illness. She was a
native of Wolfe County and a member of the Church of God.
Survivors are four sons, Marion Boothe, Germantown, Ohio; Ed Boothe,
Barbourville; Harrison and Buford Boothe, Zachariah; four daughters,
Mrs. Mary Liz Centers and Miss Maude Boothe, Zachariah; Mrs. Lula Ross,
Winchester, and Mrs. Bertha Carroll, Zachariah; six grandchildren and
eight great grandchildren.
Services conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Torrent Church of God by
Rev. James Clark of Winchester. Burial in the Evans Cemetery. Porter
and Son Funeral Home was in charge.
