Mrs. Belanger was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and moved to Port St. Lucie from Fall River, Massachusetts.
Mrs. Belanger is preceded in death by her husband, Conrad J. Belanger. She is survived by her son, Robert Belanger, of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Jeanne Moniz, of Port St. Lucie, and Denise Fields, of Port St. Lucie; 6 grandchildren; and brother, Raymond Charest, of Wallingford, CT.
Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16th, at Forest Hills Funeral Homes – Byrd, Young & Prill Chapel in Port Saint Lucie. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 17th, at St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie. Entombment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City.
